Secretary's Forms

In order to make things run smoothly the secretary has a number of forms to help out with the record keeping of the club. The forms on these page are the following:

• Project Report Form (use this form to report man-hours and money to the secretary)
• Regular Meeting Minutes Form (for use by the secretary or anyone who keeps minutes for the secretary)
• Board Meeting Minutes Form (for use by the secretary or anyone who keeps minutes for the secretary)
• Letterhead (club letterhead may only be used for official business as approved by the board)
• Additional Hours for MMR Report
